CARS is the administrative center
for Community Prevention Initiative (CPI). In
addition to administrative responsibilities, CARS
staff and consultants will be responsible for
managing 80 training events and the delivery of
technical assistance, production of the Prevention
Tactics and related documents.

ONTRACK Program Resources
Directed by Madalynn Rucker,
ONTRACK Program Resources will provide 10 training
events and up to 400 days of TA services. ONTRACK
Program Resources' strength is providing culturally
relevant prevention services. Over the years, the
organization has established a strong record in
meeting the needs of underserved or disadvantaged
ethnic groups and the faith community. ONTRACK
Program Resources will enhance CPI capacity in
meeting the specific TA and training needs of
California’s diverse communities and populations.
