The CPI has been actively participating in the quarterly Cal Works Indian Health Service Clinics Directors meeting educating; informing and building relationships with many of the distant Native American Communities in the far reaches of the State to actively engage them as technical assistance clients, listening to their needs and designing custom made and culturally sensitive training and technical assistance services.  So often these groups are limited in travel funds and cannot access services the same as urban Native American communities can.  We have made a concerted effort, in partnership with ADP to reach out and serve these constituents.
