The mission of Methpedia is to prevent the use of methamphetamine by providing citizens, law enforcement, public health, youth, media and community organizers a tool that allows them “one-stop” shopping for the most relevant and timely information available. Methpedia is an interactive website that will enhance awareness about the dangers of methamphetamine and provide simple and straightforward strategies to prevent the manufacture, distribution, and use of methamphetamine.

At this site, you can also get involved, see what the Department of Justice is doing about meth, hear stories, and watch videos. Links are also provided to the National Institute of Justice’s Report on Methamphetamine and the National Drug Intelligence Center’s National Methamphetamine Threat Assessment.

Resource Center
The Resource Center at the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs maintains a comprehensive collection of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention and treatment information. This information is provided to all California residents at no cost through a Clearinghouse, a full-service Library, Internet communication links, and a telephone information and referral system.
