They showcased Los Angeles County’s efforts to stop public marijuana smoking, and a Mendocino County Friday Night Live chapter, GASP (Go Away Smokers Please), that gave out “Responsible Merchant Awards” to promote local retailers’ alcohol and tobacco compliance.
