San Diego area institutions of higher learning have joined with government agencies in an unprecedented regional effort to reduce underage and binge drinking among college students. The San Diego County “College Presidents’ Forum on Underage and Binge Drinking” has undertaken a bold new effort to reduce high-risk levels of alcohol consumption, which negatively impacts the health, safety, and academic progress of many students.
