Request TTA
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) contracts with the Center for Applied Research Solutions (CARS), by providing funding for the Advance Behavioral Health Prevention California (ABHPC) to provide Technical Assistance and Training (TTA) services to primary prevention providers at no-cost. Each requestor is eligible to receive 32 hours of TTA services annually focused on building staff or program capacity to implement primary prevention services. Please allow 72 hours for review and response to your request.

This application asks you to share the background and priority focus areas of your TTA needs, and will take up to 15 minutes to complete.
ABHPC offers Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Providers (CCAPP), including for the California Certified Prevention Specialist (CCAP) credential. ABPHC additionally provides CEUs through the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN).
